HOW DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY WORK?

BLNG. is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated Jewelry. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: water damage, liquids of any kind, perfumes, creams, accidental breakage, scratches, etc...).


If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.


*BLNG Customized Jewelry and Solid Gold Jewelry is not eligible for Lifetime Guarantee.

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH OR LOSE ITS ORIGINAL COLOR?

No. Not like our competitors, our jewelry is not just gold-plated. All of our pieces are vacuum PVD plated. This means our pieces are more resistant to corrosion from sweat and regular wear than gold plating. While most Gold Plated jewelry contains .3 microns of Gold, all of our jewelry contains between .5 -.7 microns. This is a very expensive and meticulous process done by our expert jewelers. Most competitors offer cheaply made gold-plated chains with a stainless steel base and thin layer of gold painted over the steel.

CAN I GET MY JEWELRY WET?

Yes, you may get your jewelry wet. But like all precious metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep away from harsh chemicals. We recommend you dry your pieces as soon as possible by using a cloth towel after getting wet.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

Tracking and Insurance

All orders will include a full tracking number with full tracking information via email and/or SMS text.


BLNGS is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.


Domestic Orders:

Standard Economy:

UPS Ground and/or USPS Mail services are used for standard shipping. These services are offered for FREE on orders $139 or more at check out. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery (6-10 days for AK, HI, and U.S. Territories). PO box addresses are allowed.


Custom Items: Custom designed items will take 6-8 weeks to create and product. After production, items will be shipped within 48 working hours, after which delivery can be expected in approximately 4 - 8 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email and or/SMS text after shipping, but please note that it can take several days before the status is updated due to the limitations of the courier systems.


Expedited & Overnight:

Expedited shipping services are available at checkout for most items and locations. Delivery will be made by UPS Ground or UPS Express during business days depending on delivery location. Orders placed on/before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out that same day. Saturdays-Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. We cannot deliver to domestic PO boxes with expedited services unless the physical address of the PO boxes is stated on shipping address.


International Orders:

BLNGS Jewelry ships to over 220+ countries worldwide!


Standard Economy:

UPS international Ground (Canada/Mexico) and/or post services are used for international economy shipping. This service is offered for FREE on orders that meet a minimum of $149 USD.


Expedited:

International expedited services are available at check out for most items and locations. Delivery will be made by UPS Express during business days. Orders placed on/before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Saturdays-Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.


**All orders $249 USD or above will be shipped w/ signature required service.

AS AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I HAVE TO PAY AN IMPORT TAX UPON PLACING MY ORDER?

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.


Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.


To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:


Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED?

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! For customers outside of the United States you are responsible for your own return costs, but will be reimbursed in BLNG store credit.*


You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to BLNG.


All returns are refunded either directly to the same payment method used to place the order or via store credit. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.


SOLID GOLD:

There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. 


ALL OTHER JEWELRY:

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue either a full refund, exchange, or BLNG store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. We gladly accept returns/exchanges for unworn items in their original packaging, within the first 7 days after receipt of your order.


The following items are non-refundable:

- Gift cards

- Solid Gold Jewelry

- Custom Jewelry

- Opened or worn products


Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded unless otherwise authorized.


*There are NO returns/exchanges on BLNG Customized Jewelry, Solid Gold Jewelry, and opened or worn products. However all of our other jewelry (excluding BLNG Customized Jewelry, Solid Gold Jewelry, and opened or worn products) are guaranteed under our Lifetime Warranty. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. BLNG will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (ie: water damage, liquids of any kind, perfumes, creams, accidental breakage, etc) . There is a $49 repair fee if you encounter future problems, only for repairable items. Once any of our custom piece goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.

HOW SHOULD I STORE/PROTECT MY JEWELRY?

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided BLNGS LED light box bag. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.


Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, because it can damage the finish.
